Dr. Tomilowitz is a licensed clinical psychologist in, Irvine, Ca. She works with adults, children, and adolescents with specialty focus on ADHD, anxiety, parenting support, women's issues, and adjustment/life transitions. As a therapist, Dr. Tomilowitz believes it is important to work collaboratively with the client to focus on each person’s specific needs and concerns. Murphy is a Clinical Psychologist Doctoral Intern in Irvine, CA. She works with adults, children, and adolescents with a specialty focus on Autism, ADHD, LBGTQIA+, parenting support, women's issues, and adjustment/life transitions. As a therapist, Murphy believes that working collaboratively with clients is essential in order to focus on each person’s needs and concerns. Therapy can be a vulnerable and emotional effort for any individual deserving an approach that is tailored to their concerns, wants, and needs within therapy. She has worked with individuals with Autism and ADHD for over ten years in a multitude of settings. She was also trained at the Trevor Project to work with LBGTQIA+ individuals.
Murphy also provides assessment services for Autism, ADHD, and various co-occurring disorders. She completed her 1,000 practicum hours in assessments necessary to meet those demographic needs. Neurodiversity and LBGTQIA+ demographics are her passions; she enjoys continuing her studies with assessment and therapeutic training, conferences, and readings.

Ibarra (she/her) is a Clinical Forensic Psychologist Doctoral intern in Irvine, CA. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, with a specialty focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting support, and life transitions. Ibarra also has experience supporting clients with generational trauma, cultural identity concerns, and the unique challenges faced by Latinx and other culturally diverse communities. She offers services in both English and Spanish.
As a therapist, Ibarra believes in creating a safe, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard and understood. She adopts a person-centered approach and draws from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused strategies to address each client’s unique needs and goals.
Under clinical supervision, Ibarra also provides psychological assessment services for ADHD, autism, and immigration-related needs, integrating both clinical precision and compassionate understanding to help clients gain clarity and direction.

Karissa utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach in treatment, while recognizing therapy should be tailored to the needs of each individual. As a clinician, she remains flexible and open to integrating other therapeutic modalities as needed. Karissa aims to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can work toward achieving their goals and fostering long-term growth.
